Our process

From raw material
to installed structure.

Every job goes through five controlled stages — from CNC cutting to quality inspection and final on-site installation.

CNC cutting & drilling

We cut, drill and turn plates, pipes and profiles to size with CNC precision — according to the execution drawings.

Precision welding

We assemble the parts by welding — clean bead, matching strength. For design work, invisible welds.

Finishing & treatment

Grinding, painting or polishing depending on the nature of the job — for corrosion resistance and a clean final appearance.

Quality control

Dimensional checks, and on request — ultrasonic and crack-detection testing — for structures with critical tolerances.

On-site installation

Transport and installation at the client's site — we hand over the structure ready to use, verified on site by our team.
